Here at The Millennium Alliance, we value our relationships with our academic partners. Academics offer a unique perspective to our members and attendees at our programs. This week, we got a chance to look at the Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education College Rankings and are proud to announce partnerships with many on the list! The team took 1,000 US colleges and universities and ranked them among a number of different categories.
The strategy behind the numbers
The system of rankings looks at four key areas – resources, engagement, outcomes and environment. WSJ/Times Higher Education College Rankings look into the schools and their capacity to deliver effective teaching, whether or not the college engages with the students, the outcomes the college generates as well as the value to students who attend. Finally, the environment in which students learn are all factors behind the numbers.
Some of these ranks may go without surprise, but we wanted to show our readers the top 10 list of schools that made the list.
